This vinyl was in good quality when I recieved it. Wrapping cars is a profession for a reason, so dont expect to be able to easily wrap items on your first try unless it's a flat surface. Do your research on how to use this product. In the end, I found a professional film shop to help me solve it, but the finished product is really good

Matte Metallic Metal Silver Car Vinyl Wrap

This film is just perfect to cover a damaged SMOOTH surface on a car or anything really, however, one has to practice or apply multiple sections to cover large surfaces like a hood of a car. I covered my side mirror housing and laminated bra to satisfaction. Extra care is needed to work on complex curve, I wasted a few cuts just doing the side mirrors. The vinyl is high quality easy to apply and saved me on this job. The cover on the truck is cracked in spots so without air release all you get is bubbles everywhere even with the wet method. I used knifeless tape and your vinyl to put the stripe back exactly where the old one was so the I saved having to have the cover repainted.
