What Should I Do If Package Lost?
All items purchased from Car Wrap Online.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it. Within 24 hours of expected delivery, please do the following actions & measures stated below:
1.Verify the shipping address.
2.Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
3.Look around the delivery location for your package.
4.See if someone else accepted the delivery.
5.ome packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
If you have completed all of these appropriate measures, please submit a claim with the carrier that delivered the package. Once the claim has been submitted, please email us at Car Wrap Onlinebrand@gmail.com to contact our customer service, we will give you a response in time.

Return Policy
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of product. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the batch number.
To request a return, you will need to send your return letter to Service@carwraponline.com.
Your letter should include a detailed description of the problem, photos/videos ( both the product packaging and the product itself) and the order number. After waiting for customer service to confirm that the product can be resold, the return or exchange process will be processed.
