Shipping terms

• We do not pay import duties.
• We ship within 3 days after we receive payment. We need 1-2 days to process the order.
• Customers from Germany and Italy require tax number.

Return

• Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of product. Please report product problems within 30 days. We will not be able to process returns or exchanges after this time.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the batch number.
• If you need to request a return, you need to send a return letter to Service@carwraponline.com. Your letter should include a detailed description of the problem, product photos/videos (need to include the entire product, outer box) and order number. We need to ensure that the product does not affect secondary sales and use, and refunds will be processed immediately after confirmation from customer service.
• We are not responsible for return shipping and taxes.
