Returns are not accepted for custom or personalized vinyl films unless there is a quality issue or manufacturing defect.

Your return request will be processed within 1–3 business days after we receive your email.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund or send a replacement within 1–3 business days.
Please contact your local post office for the actual return shipping cost. We recommend using registered airmail with tracking.
The return address will be provided via email after your application is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 1–3 business days after we receive the returned parcel.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded (except for quality issues).
If the return is caused by the customer (e.g. wrong color or size ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Yes, it is safe for factory OEM paint and most professionally applied clear coats. We do not recommend applying it over fresh paint (less than 60-90 days old), rust, or flaking surfaces.
Hand wash with a mild automotive soap and a soft microfiber cloth or sponge. Avoid automatic car washes with stiff brushes and harsh chemicals. Do not use waxes or sealants containing naphtha or kerosene.
The roll length is the amount of material you receive. A 10ft roll is perfect for small accents, mirrors, or interior trim. A 33ft roll is suitable for a hood, roof, or doors. A full car typically requires 50ft-75ft, depending on the vehicle size.
