• Full-size cars, small SUVs, and small vans need 20-23 meters

By considering the size of your vehicle, you can use this list as a reference to gauge approximately how much vinyl you will need.

It is important to note that these estimates are rough and the actual amount of vinyl needed may vary depending on the specific dimensions and features of your car.

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced.
If the order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your package.

Please read the instructions carefully before returning any item to us.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

• Returns are not accepted for custom or personalized vinyl films unless there is a quality issue or manufacturing defect.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Return Process

1. Your return request will be processed within 1–3 business days after we receive your email.

2. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund or send a replacement within 1–3 business days.

3. Please contact your local post office for the actual return shipping cost. We recommend using registered airmail with tracking.

4. The return address will be provided via email after your application is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 1–3 business days after we receive the returned parcel.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

1. Recheck your bank or card account.

2. Contact your credit card company—sometimes posting delays occur.

3. Contact your bank—refunds may take additional processing time.

• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded (except for quality issues).

• If the return is caused by the customer (e.g. wrong color or size ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• If the return is due to our error (e.g. defective or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping cost.

• No restocking fee will be charged on any return.

Q1: How difficult is it to install this vinyl wrap myself?
A: For a beginner, a full car wrap is a challenging project. However, with patience, the right tools (squeegee, heat gun, knife), and our detailed installation tutorials, wrapping smaller, flat panels like the hood or roof is very achievable. We recommend practicing on a small area first.

Q2: How long will this wrap last on my car?
A: When properly installed and maintained, our products is designed to last up to 5 years or more. Its longevity depends on environmental factors like sun exposure, weather, and how well you care for it.

Q3: What is your warranty policy?
A: We offer a [2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty] against cracking, fading, and adhesive failure when used for its intended purpose.( Excluding the Super Diamond series）Please keep your proof of purchase. (Note: Warranty does not cover installation errors).

Q4: How long does shipping take?
A: We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US typically takes 3-7 business days.

Q5: Can this vinyl be removed without damaging my paint?
A: Absolutely! This is a key benefit. Our vinyl is designed to be removable, leaving no sticky residue behind, as long as your original paint is in good condition.

Q6: Is this vinyl safe for all car paints?
A: Yes, it is safe for factory OEM paint and most professionally applied clear coats. We do not recommend applying it over fresh paint (less than 60-90 days old), rust, or flaking surfaces.

Q7: How do I clean and maintain my wrapped car?
A: Hand wash with a mild automotive soap and a soft microfiber cloth or sponge. Avoid automatic car washes with stiff brushes and harsh chemicals. Do not use waxes or sealants containing naphtha or kerosene.

Q8: What is the difference between a 10ft roll and a 33ft roll?
A:The roll length is the amount of material you receive. A 10ft roll is perfect for small accents, mirrors, or interior trim. A 33ft roll is suitable for a hood, roof, or doors. A full car typically requires 50ft-75ft, depending on the vehicle size.

Q9: Do you provide installation services?
A: We are an online material supplier. While we do not offer installation, we can help you find a trusted professional installer in your area through our network.

Q10: What if I make a mistake during installation?
A: The vinyl is repositionable during the initial application. If you make a mistake, you can gently lift it and re-apply. Using a heat gun will help reactivate the adhesive and make it more pliable.
